Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR in cash will be required upon arrival for possible damages. - A final cleaning is included in the price. - Bed and kitchen linen are included in the rental price. - Bath towels are not available. - Electricity is included in the rental price. - Please note the gas/oil fee of 4 EUR/night is not included in the rental price. - Air conditioning is available for an additional cost of 3.50 EUR/night. - Jacuzzi is available for an additional cost of 3.50 EUR/night. - The pool may be heated for an additional cost of 150 EUR/week.
