Please note that from the 1st of May 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 18 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 5 per guest.

For every check-out request between 23:00 and 08:00, the return of the safety deposit will be made by bank account transfer, in the 7 days after check-out.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.
