The fully equipped kitchen comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, refrigerator, electric oven, stove and a coffee machine. Outdoor barbecue facilities are also available. The nearest supermarket is 700 metres away.

The nearby beach offers guests the chance to enjoy sun lounging, swimming or surfing. The Albufeira centre, a noted tourist hotspot, is a 15-minute drive, featuring various shops, cafés and bars.

The Faro International Airport is located 35 km from the Kina.

Please note that a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to ensure the reservation. This amount must be paid via bank transfer or PayPal according to payment procedures which will be sent to the guests, by email, after booking.

The remaining 50% will be paid in cash at the time of check-in, along with the security deposit. Payment for this amount can also be made via bank transfer or PayPal upon previous request, at least 3 days before the date of check-in.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 500 is requested upon check in.

Pets are welcome on payment of an extra security deposit of EUR 200.
