The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that 200 KW of electric consumption are included in the rate. Consumption over this limit is charged at 15 cents per KW. Please note that a deposit of 200 EUR is required upon booking, via bank transfer. This is fully refundable up to 60 days before arrival.
