This holiday home is built in the hills of the Costa da Prata. It is around 300 m2. The holiday home is situated on a plot of 5.7 ha, consisting of pine trees, olive trees, cork oaks and various grass and bushes, where sometimes the sheep are herded.

On the ground floor it offers living room, an equipped kitchen and bathroom; on the 1st floor it offers 3 bedrooms; on the ground floor (guest house) it offers 2 bedrooms with bathrooms.

The holiday home is surrounded by nature and only 3 miles from the city of Santiago do Cacém. Beach lovers will find the beaches of the west coast and which is only 12 km. As in every Portuguese city or region, here are many restaurants.

You can find center and restaurants in 3.0 km, public transport in 1.0 km.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of € 150 will be required upon arrival for damages.
