Situated in the picturesque fishing village of Carvoeiro in a rural environment, Vivenda Summertime is a large six bedroom villa with an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and free WiFi access in the whole area. All air-conditioned rooms include ensuite bathrooms providing shower, bidet and hairdryer. Depending on the time of the year, the rooms can be booked separately or the entire villa. Vivenda Summertime offers barbeque facilities and a shared fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals. Guests can enjoy their meals in the spacious dining room or, if they choose, in the large outdoor terrace. Providing a daily maid service and free private parking, Vivenda Summertime features a shared living room equipped with flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and a PS2 game console. Billiards and a library are available. Faro International Airport is 60 Km away and there are 8 golf courses at a 15-minute drive from the villa. The closest beach is at a 5-minute drive. Alternatively guests can visit the Slide & Splash Water Park located 6 Km away or the Zoomarine Water Park at a 23-minute drive.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that depending on the time of the year either the whole villa or individual rooms are available for booking. The whole villa is available for booking between May and September. The rooms will be available for the remaining months of the year. Please note that when booking individual rooms no deposit is needed. Please note that, when booking the entire villa, a deposit of 25% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. That payment is made by bank transfer.
