This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests are kindly requested to collect keys in the building next door from the Rocha Praia Mar office (Isiférias). Please note that bed linen is changed weekly, and bath linen 3 times per week. Guests are requested to contact the property upon arrival in Portimão using the telephone number on the booking confirmation. Guests booking on Non-Refundable Rates should inform Apartamentos Torre da Rocha of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking. Please note that guests checking-in after 18:00 are charged EUR 25. Please note that iron, kettle or toaster should be asked at the reception if not available in the room. For long stay guests ,please note that if the consuming of electricity is above 200 Kw, an extra charge of 0.35€ per/Kw will be applied.
