From the bedrooms with en suite bathroom you walk through the sliding doors to one of the terraces. The garden has garden furniture and BBQ facilities. The swimming pool measures 8x4m.

The villa is located on the 18 hole golf course Bom Sucesso Design Resort. Guests can use the 18 hole golf course. the tennis and paddle courts for a fee. and in the summer there are special (sports) activities.

The centre of the medieval fortified town of Óbidos is 10km away. The Óbidos Lagune is located approximately 5 minutes away and offers water sport activities. A car is recommended to explore the region. Destinations can be the resort of Cascais, the fishing village of Peniche and the resort of Nazaré. Lisbon is 90km away.

A security deposit might be required prior arrival. You will receive the Belvilla voucher by e-mail after full payment is taken. Please print this voucher and bring it with you on the day of arrival. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. A security deposit of EUR 350 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
