You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 125 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property has no 24-hour reception. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time. Check-in time is subject to confirmation. Please note that early and late check-in as well as late check-out is subject to an extra fee of EUR 20. Please note that it is not allowed access to the accommodation person or pets that are not registered in the reserve. Extra beds and cots can be added upon request for an extra charge and subject to availability. Extra services are available upon request and include: airport transfers, baby pack (cot, high chair, car seat), breakfast basket, package of typical snacks, rental bikes, maid service and laundry. All additional fees and services are not included in the rate and are require previous request, subject to availability and to be paid in cash at check-in. Pets must be registered upon booking and are permitted at an extra fee of EUR 25, along with a refundable damage deposit of EUR 75. Pets are not allowed on the beds, rooms, sofas and chairs. Pets and visitors not registered in the original reservation are not permitted on the premises. Please note that damages to the apartment and stolen goods will be charged in the credit card.
