Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged 50 days before the check in.

Please note that heating should be paid separately at check-in. It has a cost of EUR 12 per night and it is mandatory between 1 November and 15 April. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
