Additional information:

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the 30% deposit of the total reservation amount must be paid by bank transfer on the day of booking. The remaining 70% deposit of the total reservation must be paid by bank transfer 60 days before arrival.
