Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that Moov Hotels now uses an electronic invoice service, as an ecological solution to avoid paper wastage. In cases of credit card payments, without the cardholder present, the hotel should receive an e-mail with the credit card details authorizing the charge to be made in the card supplied and the amount that should be charged. For reservations of more than 4 rooms, the hotel will ask for full payment of the reservation on the day of the booking. The reservation will have non-refundable conditions in case of cancellation or modification. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
