Please inform Azores Youth Hostels - Santa Maria in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 25 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Pousadas de Juventude dos Açores will provide a link to a secured payment platform. When booking more than 5 rooms or more than 9 Guests different policies and additional supplements may apply. A surcharge of 25 euros applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
