Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. Please inform Melia Setubal in advance of your expected arrival time. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that pets are allowed to a maximum of 2 pets per room and 20 kg total weight combined. A supplement of EUR 35 will be charged per pet, per night.
