This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the complex's swimming pool is closed from October to March. Please note that for stays longer than 7 nights there is at the accommodation an additional set of bed linen and towels. Extra cleanings, bed linens and towels are available for an extra fee. Please note that the accommodation is in a self-catering regime, however a basic pack of hygienic and cleaning supplies are provided. Please note that guests are required to provide the fiscal details necessary for issuing a VAT invoice at the moment of the booking. Otherwise it will be issued in the name of Final Consumer and it won't be possible to change. A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals between 20h00 and 00h00. A surcharge of EUR 60 applies for arrivals after 00h00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property
