A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Late check-in has a cost of €20 from 7pm to 9pm , and €30 from 9 pm to midnight. Please note that if guests wish an invoice with the VAT number, it must be requested prior to arrival using the Special Request box. Please note that for stays longer than 1 week, towels are changed once a week and sheets once each 10 days, except Saturdays, Sundays and holydays. A baby cot is available, from June to September, at an extra cost of €5. It is free of charge during the rest of the year. The apartments cannot exceed the capacity indicated in the reservation.
