Each room has an individual décor, with singular headboards and bits and pieces of Tomar history. All rooms have air conditioning, LCD TV and a modern overhead shower in the private bathroom. Convent of Christ is around 10 minutes’ walking uphill from Thomar Story, and the pilgrimage city of Fátima is 30 km away. Tomar Train Station is within 10 minutes’ walking from the Story, and Almourol Castle is less than a 30-minute drive.
