Guests can cook their own meals in the equipped kitchen, which features all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Alternatively, there are local restaurants available in the Vale de lobos centre, just a 2-minute drive away. Guests can take a swim in the heated pool, upon request, at a surcharge, and enjoy the lush garden, featuring with pine, olive, orange and lemon trees. Babysitting services are available at the property and at a surcharge. Pets are allowed, upon request. Guests can go cycling and discover the area with one of the property’s free bicycles. Table tennis equipment is available, for guests wishing to take in a game. The nearest golf course is a 3-minute drive away from the villa. It is a 22-minute drive from the Lisbon city centre, with its many shops, cafés and shopping centres. The Sintra city centre features a number of local landmarks that guests can enjoy visiting, such as the famous Pena Palace and the Regaleira Palace. Ericeira is a 34-minute drive and features a famous beach and several quality restaurants serving fish and seafood dishes. The beaches of Estoril and Cascais are a 25-minute drive away. The well-known Estoril Casino is also within 25 minutes by car. The Cerrado das Fontainhas SPA is a 23-minute drive from the Lisbon International Airport.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that the 25% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by Bank Transfer. Villa Cerrado das Fontainhas will contact guests with further details. Please note that a cash deposit of EUR 200 will be required at check-in for groups larger than 5 people. This amount will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred in the apartment. A surcharge of €15 applies for arrivals outside of check-in hours.
