The Núcleo Museológico Municipal de Valença (Municipal Museum Centre of Valença) allows you to relive the most significant times of the history of Valença do Minho from one of its most significant buildings, offering an opportunity to discover the local pre-history, experience the medieval atmosphere, and contact with the 17th century fortification.

It is a space created to preserve the cultural memory of Valença, whose goal is to collect, interpret and exhibit the local history.
