A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 25 EUR after 20:00, 45 EUR after 22:00 and 60 EUR after 00:00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
