Located in Cascais, 27 Km from the centre of Lisbon, Poço Novo Splendid is an air-conditioned self-catering apartment with accommodation for 6 persons and offers free WiFi in all areas. The bathroom offers a bath and a shower. At Poço Novo Splendid guests can prepare their own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that as of the 7th of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that extra charges are applicable for late check-in: - EUR 15 from 20:00 to 22:00; - EUR 25 from 22:00 to 00:00; - EUR 50 after 00:00. After booking guests will receive an email from the owner containing the process to pick up the keys.
