This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, for all reservations it will be requested at check-in a security deposit, credit card details or in cash the amounts are EUR 200 (Studio), EUR300 (One Bedroom) and EUR 400 (Two Bedroom) per apartment upon arrival. If refusing to leave security deposit, the hotel has the right to refuse their check-in. The security deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there is no damage in the apartment, the apartment does not need extra cleaning and there is not any record of misbehavior of the clients. Please note that the hotel reserves the right of charging a bad Behavior fee.
