This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Rocamar Exclusive Hotel & Spa - Adults Only in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that towels are changed 3 times a week; sheets are changed twice a week. Please note that WiFi is only available in the bar. Please note that the Spa is closed on Sundays. On the remaining days it has the following schedule: - From November until March: from 10:00 until 13:00 / from 14:00 until 17:00 - From April until October: from 10:00 until 13:00 / from 14:00 until 18:00 Please note that for groups with reservations of 3 rooms or more, different prepayment options may be applied. Please note that the credit card details must match with the reservation holder. In case of prepayment, the credit card used must belong to the reservation holder and must be presented at check-in. Non-compliance with this, a new payment will be requested.
