Please note that the 25% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged by bank transfer 7 days before the arrival.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 100 (weekend stays), EUR 150 (7-night stays) and EUR 250 (stays longer than 7 nights) must be paid by bank transfer 7 days before the arrival. This amount will be refunded via bank transfer 2 days after check-out if no damages are made to the apartment.
