Overlooking Silves city centre and Arade River, this luxurious villa features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Villa Carlota offers a playground amidst the extensive gardens and private parking.

The elegant living room includes sofas, a large TV and a fireplace. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite and the other 2 have access to adjacent toilets.

Guests can use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and enjoy them in the dining room or outdoors, overlooking the landscape. There is an outdoor seating area with sofas next to the pool.

When days are colder, the heated indoor pool offers a warmer alternative to the outdoor pool. This large villa includes a games room with table games, snooker, TV, Hi-Fi, DVD and Nintendo Wii.

Carvoeiro and Armação de Pera Beaches are a little over 20 minutes’ driving. Faro International Airport is located within 50 km from Villa Carlotta.

Guests are requested to pay a deposit of EUR 500 one day before arrival. This amount will be refunded 8 days after check-out through bank transfer. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
