The Parish Church is located behind the Archaeological Museum in the town of Barcelos, northern Portugal.
Its construction started in the second half of the fourteenth century by D. Pedro, Count of Barcelos, whose coat of arms remains engraved on the portal. Its construction was transformed from Romanesque to Gothic, and underwent several reconstructions from the fifteenth to the eighteenth century.
It stands out because of its eighteenth-century tiles and golden baroque chapels.
