Alcoutim Castle was built in the 16th century. Currently, Alcoutim Castle is surrounded by flowers and it offers an excellent panoramic view.
Inside the Castle you’ll discover the Archaeology Museum Centre that displays the ruins of the medieval castle walls as well as other objects, and an exhibition about Islamic board games.
Admission to the Castle also includes access to the Religious Art Museum which is in the Chapel of Santo António, in Alcoutim.
