The Igreja de Santa María Madalena Church is located in the old town of Madalena, the capital city of Pico Island in the Azores Archipelago, Portugal.
It is a 17th century temple and the largest on the island. It has two beautiful towers crowned by hexagonal basis spires and a decorative comb with a 19th century clock.
Its Baroque interior has a series of historiated tiles, religious images, a two-sided altar and a major chapel with golden carvings.
