Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A 30% deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. Late check-in : - after 22:00 - 30 EUR. Guests should inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance by contacting the property. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal in 48 hours. The remaining 70% must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
