This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform The Blue House - Saint Pauls in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - EUR 10 from 20:00 to 22:00; - EUR 20 from 22:00 to 00:00; - EUR 30 from 00:00 to 02:00. Self check-in is available without additional costs upon advanced payment of the reservation. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.
