In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. If the number of guests does not exceed the room capacity and you still wish to use the sofa bed, please inform us. Preparation of the sofa bed will incur an additional cost of €15. Sheets, duvets, towels, and final cleaning are included during your stay. For stays up to 7 days, cleaning, bed sheets, and towel changes can be arranged upon request for an additional charge. For stays of 7 days or more, only the change of linens will be provided free. Our apartment is located on the 5th floor. Currently, the lift is out of service for maintenance, and we do not yet have a scheduled date for its return to operation. Please consider, that the building's administration is responsible for this and we do not have a say in situations outside our apartment. However, we always like to inform our guests so there aren't any unpleasant surprises upon arrival. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. In case the check-in is done in person, please be aware of the following surcharges for late check-in, which must be paid in cash upon arrival: 9PM until 10PM: 25 Euros 10PM until 11PM: 30 Euros 11PM until 12AM: 35 Euros 12AM until 1AM: 40 Euros 1AM until 2AM: 45 Euros After 2AM: 50 Euros
