Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Pouso Dos Anjos will provide a UNICRE secured link. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card in the amount of EUR 50, as a security deposit. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms. Non-compliance will result in a penalty charge of EUR 50. Please note that changing towels during the stay has an extra cost of EUR 2 per towel. Please note that late check-in from 20:30 until 00:00 has an additional fee of EUR 20 and from 00:00 until 01:00 has an additional fee of EUR 30. Please note that all reservations of 4 and more rooms will be charged 25% of the total amount. This amount is not refundable even in case of cancellation.
