Please inform Casa d'Alfama by Lisbon Village Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 has an additional cost of EUR 20. From 22:00 to 00:00 the extra cost is of EUR 30. From 00:00 onward the extra fee is of EUR 40 plus EUR 10 per every extra hour. Please note that check-in takes place in the address of each individual apartment. Please note that on December 24th and December 31st, check-in is only possible until 16:00.
