This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests checking in after 22:00 will pay an additional cost of EUR 30 per reservation. Please note that the 6 bedroom apartment is in the Avenida de Liberdade area in a 2nd floor with lift. The other apartments are in the Chiado area in a 3rd floor without lift.
