The Praia de Melides Beach is located in the south of Setúbal and it’s well-known for its blue flag and quiet atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a fine large beach to rest, this beach is the ideal spot for you. Melides beach is an almost desert beach equipped with all the essential facilities but without great touristic infrastructures where respect for the surrounding ecosystem has always been a must.

This relaxing beach isn’t normally frequented by a large amount of people, maybe because it is not located close to any tourist area.

On this beach you will have the chance to practise sports like volleyball, fishing, surfing and bodyboarding.
