The Igreja de São Mateus church is located in the heart of Praia da Graciosa (officially called São Mateus) in Graciosa Island, Azores archipelago, Portugal.

The church was built in the 16th century and rebuilt in the 19th century. It houses several carvings, Flemish and Baroque, from the 16th century and an eighteenth-century organ.
