The Oil Museum (Museu do Azeite) is located in Lagar de Varas do Fojo, in the municipality of Moura, Alentejo, Portugal.

This museum offers a faithful testimony of machinery-free oil production, before Industrialisation took place. Its authenticity and conservation state make of this winery a rare example in the Iberian Peninsula.
