Praia da Armona Beach is situated in the western end of Armona island, near to Barra Grande and to a small fishing village of Olhão, in Algarve, Portugal.
To arrive there it is required to go through the sand and silt mazes of the Ria Formosa lagoon.
This island has a camping and it also counts with facilities to practise different nautical activities.
Its sandy area is very large and extends far beyond the horizon, reaching to Fuseta Beach and giving us relaxing moments and fantastic walks along the coast. The sandbanks next to the mouth ends up in nice natural pools.
Olhão, Algarve.
Restaurants, WC, watchfulness service and lifeguards, and support service.
