The Praia da Légua Beach is an excellent beach to enjoy a refreshing swim in the Atlantic waters, or simply to have sunbathes quietly. To prove it, the beach counts with the Blue Flag for the high quality of its facilities and for its clean waters since 2001.
This beach is located next to the village of Légua, and counts with a good lifeguard service, very good facilities and daily cleaning and maintenance.
During the summer, it often has rough waters, for that reason, it is a perfect place for practicing sport activities like surfing, windsurfing and sports fishing.
The beach is next to a large pine tree forest, where you can also find a refreshing shade and other types of entertainment. Next to it, there is a typical restaurant with inexpensive prices and a bar.
It has good accesses, but parking is a bit difficult since the parking area is small.
