It is a touristic beach, rocky on the north part. It counts with good facilities and is placed in a landscape with a great natural beauty.

For its characteristics, it is good for the practice of sport activities like surfing, windsurfing, sports fishing, beach soccer and volleyball.

It is widely believed that the name of this beach is due to the former plenty of octopuses on the bedrock during the low tide.

This area joins an great biodiversity.

It counts with a wide parking area, although a little disorganised.
