Praia da Tapada Grande Fluvial Beach is located in a relaxed environment in the reservoir with its same name, situated in the outskirts of the village of Mértola, in the region of Alentejo, Portugal.

This beach is a nice leisure area with a sandy area, grass area and numerous supporting structures. Furthermore, the beach is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Close to it is found the abandoned city of Minas de São Domingos.
