The Praia de Vale Centeanes features a vast sandy area extending towards the west and flanked by imposing cliffs with great landscape beauty.
In the rocky wall in the west there is an exotic gallery made by the sea., whereas the central cliffs are full of small hidden areas.
The sandy area features a great footbridge along the rocky formations where some marine fossils can be observed as well as typical vegetation.
It’s a beach truly advised for just walking. There are wooden stairs towards the very top of the cliff, from which you can have excellent views over the coast.
This is also an excellent area of diving, and discovering the secrets of sea life characteristic of life in the intertidal area (balanus, mussels, limpets, or sea anemone), even “cardúmenes de mojarras,” bream or pejereyes.
