The Casa Manuel Guimarães House is the home where the famous architect João de Castilho lived while working the Convent of Christ in Tomar.
The building is Renaissance in style and was built in the early 16th century, being considered a rare example of a 15th century residence building. It’s worth noting the corner window.
Tours of the interior are not available, yet the façade alone is worth the visit.
A casa não é possível visitar por dentro, mas vale a pena ver a sua fachada.
