Crómlech de Xerez, Monsaraz, Portugal

Discover the group of menhirs in Crómlech of Xerez, in Monsaraz, Alentejo, Portugal.

This Crómlech is composed of fifty gratine menhirs with a clear phallic shape, although most are fractured. Most of them used to be scattered nearby, allowing to reconstruct the original placement.

In the centre of the group stands out a vast 4-meter-high-and-75-centimeter-wide mehir weighting seven tons.
