The Beja Episcopal Museum is set up inside the Igreja de Nossa Senhora dos Prazeres, in the city of Beja, Portugal.
This interesting museum was founded in 1892 to avoid the spreading of religious art works belonging to the monasteries and convents of the city of Beja. It currently exhibits good paintings, sculptures and decorative arts collections.
While the church is astonishing, the museum might be just appreciated by people interested in Sacred Art.
