The current façade dates back to the 18th century and features two new pointed bell towers with pyramids and a clock.
The interior is formed of three cannon vaults with arches and ribs.
The sacristy houses a collection of tiles and the major alter is composed by an eight-panel reredos It is worth noting that the reredos in the interior date back to the 16th and 17th centuries and form the largest set of Mannerist pieces in Portugal.
